Protective clothing people will actually wear.

BROCE starts with invisible, made-to-measure protection for the four everyday fall impact zones: wrist, elbow, knee and lateral hip. The wedge is not sports armor. It is calm protective clothing for people who need protection without looking like patients.

See the system

Four zones first.

BROCE deliberately avoids broad armor coverage in v0. The first product family focuses on exposed bone areas with thin soft-tissue coverage and high everyday fall relevance.

Wrist

FOOSH bracing

Forward falls often route load through the hands before the torso has time to recover.

Elbow

Olecranon zone

Low soft-tissue padding and frequent contact during bracing or rotational falls.

Knee

Patella zone

Common impact surface during small and medium everyday falls.

Hip

Lateral hip

The high-value zone for older adults and fall-prone users.

Scan-to-fit is not enough. It needs posture gates.

Neutral-only body scans are dangerous for protection geometry. BROCE's pipeline requires a four-posture capture gate before protector geometry can lock: neutral, forward rotation, arms bracing and recovery posture.

01Capture

Phone or studio scan creates a wearer-specific body record.

02Four-posture gate

The geometry lock stays blocked until all required posture states are present.

03Protection synthesis

Pad placement, garment cut and material strategy are generated from the same evidence chain.

04Reproducible manufacturing

Build artifacts are versioned and hashed so re-orders can be traced and reproduced.

The company compounds when the system learns what to reject.

BROCE's defensibility is not a single pad or a single scan. It is the feedback loop between wearer evidence, posture gates, prototype review, material experiments and manufacturing provenance.

Signal

Wearer evidence

Scan files, posture states, visual reviews and fit context enter as dated artifacts, not loose notes.

Gate

Block bad locks

Proxy meshes, empty slots and undersized exports cannot unlock protection geometry.

Reward

Prototype memory

Each prototype can be compared by fit, mobility, zone coverage and evidence quality.

Moat

Reproducible build

Manufacturing artifacts keep provenance so a future order can trace why the garment was built that way.

Investor read: BROCE is a protective-clothing company with a software-native evidence spine. The more scans, reviews and material tests enter the loop, the harder it becomes to copy the decision history behind a safe-feeling fit.

Every prototype should either unlock evidence or get rejected.

The intelligent version of BROCE is not a collection of beautiful garments. It is a decision system that turns scans, movement reviews, material trials and production packets into hard gates.

01

Fit lock

No geometry lock until the four posture states exist and the reviewer can see the critical zone stay covered.

02

Material lock

No product claim until impact behavior is measured and the fallback material path is documented.

03

Manufacturing lock

No repeat order until pattern, pad geometry, seam map and build packet are traceable.

04

Claim lock

No medical or fracture language without the right evidence path. The brand earns trust by staying precise.

Adoption proof

Will they wear it without being reminded?

The first investor-grade signal is not a lab number. It is whether a real person accepts the silhouette, movement and comfort long enough for protection to matter.

What is already real in the system.

The public evidence room exposes system-level proof without publishing private wearer scans, measurements or local artifact paths.

Four-posture scan gate - geometry lock blocker working code

The gate writes canonical artifacts under data/live_runs/posture_scan_gate/ and refuses to mark protection geometry ready until all required posture states are present. Proxy meshes and tiny placeholder files do not count as gate evidence.

3D posture review - browser-first QA localhost viewer

Capture sessions include a Three.js review surface for GLB, GLTF, OBJ, STL and PLY exports. The reviewer can attach scan files into posture slots, save a visual review artifact and run the same gate from the browser.

Material thesis - measured before claims certification path

BROCE will not claim clinical benefit without certification evidence. The material path is framed around impact testing, EN-relevant evidence and a clear fallback if thin structures underperform.

Manufacturing reproducibility - soft goods with software discipline SHA256 manifests

Manufacturing artifacts can carry hashes and manifests so a partner can verify what was committed. This matters when fit, protection geometry and future re-orders depend on exact provenance.

The useful meeting is a live system walkthrough.

A 90-minute session covers the current 3D review loop, the four-posture gate, the scan-to-fit contract, material-risk framing and the first pilot market. Deck first is less useful than watching the pipeline block a bad geometry lock.
